Speaker Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Speaker

If due to illness, accident or other causes legally known as acts of God, and Tonya is forced to cancel the speaker agreement, neither party, nor any representative shall be liable for any payment. Tonya will, however, work with the client or organization to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date and time.

Cancellation by Organizer

If the event is canceled by the organizer, Tonya will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid and reimbursement for pre-approved, non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and billing information is accurate and complete before submitting payment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and certify that all information provided is correct.

Please note that once an order has been processed and is in transit, the shipping address cannot be changed, modified, or redirected.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns on purchased items.

Damaged Items

Exchanges may be considered only if an item is damaged during shipment. To be eligible for an exchange, customers must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving their order and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage via email at contact@mspositivi-t.com.

Upon receipt and review of the required documentation, a claim will be submitted to the shipping carrier. Replacement items, if approved, will be issued in accordance with the carrier's claim determination.

Shipping Responsibility

Tonya M. Cowan, Ms. Positivi-T, Designed With A Purpose CFS, and their affiliates are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Please note that the investigation and resolution timeline for shipping damage claims is determined solely by the shipping carrier and is outside the control of Tonya M. Cowan, Ms. Positivi-T, Designed With A Purpose CFS, and their affiliates.
