All sales are final. As You Wish websites|engagement|marketing states that the performance of Professional Services for customers provided under a contract, were performed in a proper and professional manner consistent with industry standards.

Such Professional Services are provided by As You Wish websites|engagement|marketing “as is”.

Before services are rendered and/or completed, As You Wish websites|engagement|marketing will issue an invoice and charge your credit card the amount agreed upon under the executed contract.

If a project is delayed at the request of the client or due to the client’s internal processes, As You Wish websites|engagement|marketing will not be responsible for any costs incurred by this delay, any fees or damages will stand with the client unless agreed in writing at the time or delay by the client.

All sales are final. We accept exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email contact@mspositivi-t.com within 30 days of the order date with proof of the damaged or incorrect product. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond accordingly and ensure your replacement is shipped out as soon as possible. If the original product is no longer available, you can choose another product comparable in price.

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally nonrefundable. All donations are gifts made voluntarily to our 501(c)(3) charity, with no conditions. Donors receive a tax receipt from our nonprofit within 48 business hours of a donation. Donors who request refunds may not be eligible for tax deductions on their refunded donations.

Refunds requested for donations may be granted at our organization’s discretion. Refunds are only granted in exceptional circumstances. Some circumstances in which refunds might be granted include:

  • The donation was made in error or had an incorrect amount by the donor.

  • The donation was not authorized by the donor.

  • The donor’s circumstances have changed materially, for instance if the donation was made from the proceeds of a sale that was later cancelled or refunded.

Donors with exceptional circumstances such as these may contact us at contact@dwapcfs.orgto request a refund.

There are no fees associated with refunds and will take up to 30 days or longer to receive.

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation

Ongoing support is important to enabling our programs to continue our work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to our programs over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us immediately at contact@dwapcfs.org.
